Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our product you can return the same within 7 days of receipt . Products must be returned unused , and undamaged in the original packing . If products have been opened and used , a restocking fees will be charged .
Refunds can only be issued on the purchases made online www.recoverylab360.com Refunds are not accepted for items purchased from the third-party distributors . Refunds will only be issued if upon receiving the product it is completely damaged and we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product .

For a refund please contact us first via our dedicated helpdesk info@recoverylab360.com, we will share the address where you are required to ship the product . . Please include a copy of your invoice in the package, clearly marking the item(s) you wish to return for a refund .
Faulty items:

In cases where the product received is considered faulty, we will offer a replacement . You must provide a proof of purchase. We reserve the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty .

You must contact us via email within 24hour of receiving the product if it has been damaged during delivery .Failure to do so may affect your shipping insurance claim and result in no compensation being provided .

If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a voucher or refund issued . A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 7 business days from the arrival of the product .

- Customers will responsible for completing the returns form accurately .
- You must send the original ,or a copy of your invoice with the package .
- In the event that your product is lost in transit , Recoverylab360 will not be help liable,but we will do everything we can to resolve the issue .
- We ask that you allow 7 -10 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited
